For 30 years, I have been an attorney in private practice, based in California but serving a client base that includes out-of-state clients.   My area of specialization is representing veterinarians in the buying/selling of practices, and offering legal strategies to network and/or maximize their practice needs.

 

My expertise has been with many types of veterinary practices including:

    • small animal hospitals

    • specialty practices

    • exotic/avian

    • surgery

    • emergency

    • equine - including equine surgery, equine fertility, equine track practices

    • feline, feline mobile

    • Relief Veterinarian Agency practice.  

     

    Additionally, my service extends to negotiating outside sales to individual veterinarians and sales to large corporations, and associate Buy-in sales.  My deals have included real estate with outside or inside financing and all combinations of the above.

     

    My practice is best described by this mission statement:
