I was introduced
to the veterinary industry
30 years ago by Louis M. Gatto,
a well-known veterinary industry
CPA/tax advisor. As a
sole practitioner, my early
practice covered multiple areas
of law: business transaction;
business and civil litigation;
family law; and probate matters. Then
in 1987, after receiving a
Masters in Law Degree in Taxation,
I was capable of assisting
clients with estate planning
needs, structured purchases,
partnerships, and buy/sell
agreements.
The diversity
of my practice has been a source
of enjoyment, but over the
years I gained an appreciation
of working with veterinarians. I
began to dedicate more of my
practice to this industry,
and as it turns out my legal
background serves the broad
needs of my veterinary clients. Please
