Under this Business Entity Maintenance Program, we provide the following for a flat fee of $500.00 per year per entity:

- Preparation of Annual Minutes/Resolutions

- Preparation of Bank Packet (to open bank accounts)
- Lender Packets (to obtain loans in the entity’s name)
- Title Company Packets (to buy or sell real estate in the entity’s name)
